Ernst & Young Accepts StatementOne in its eNcub@tor Program

June 20, 2000–Lawrenceville, NJ

StatementOne was accepted into Ernst & Young's eNcub@tor Program, an integrated, full-service provider to the dot-com marketplace. The program brings together a company's innovative ideas with the financial backing and the strategic and tactical solution sets to rapidly launch new products or services. Housed at E&Y's Accelerated Development Center in the heart of Silicon Alley in the New York Financial District, the eNcub@tor provides integrated services, including highly accelerated system development and implementation, advertising, branding and back-office operations.

StatementOne's acceptance into the eNcub@tor program represents the culmination of mutual discussions about StatementOne's strategy and E&Y's capabilities, and illustrates E&Y's excitement over StatementOne's 100% web-based model for Consolidated Statement/Performance Reporting (CS/PR).

Working together, E&Y and StatementOne plan to accelerate "time to market" for StatementOne's next generation platform for its StatementOne solution, while at the same time developing a robust and dynamic strategic framework that will guide future strategies and investments all to be reflected in future releases of its product.

"We believe that this will be a landmark relationship for StatementOne, solidifying our ability to deliver a first-of-breed CS/PR solution to the financial services industry," commented Jakob Rohn, Senior Vice President of Product Development for StatementOne.

StatementOne develops products that enable brokers/dealers, advisors, and investors to accurately and instantly gauge the progress of their financial information. The company's first-line product is a web platform called "StatementOne.com," a performance-optimized tool designed to give financial advisors and their clients powerful consolidated statements and performance reporting. StatementOne.com is powered by a data processing system known as the Financial Data Network (FDN). Over six years in development, the FDN securely gathers, cleans and stores diverse financial information from numerous data sources or interfaces, without the aid of manual or even advisor level data gathering, as with other portfolio management systems. StatementOne.com consolidates transactional level financial data for institutions and their clients and runs reports for any mix of accounts in real time.
