Albridge Solutions Welcomes Mike D'Aiutolo as Chief Information Officer

Lawrenceville, NJ — April 12, 2006 — Albridge Solutions, the industry leader in enterprise data management (EDM) portfolio accounting and performance reporting, announced the addition of Mike D'Aiutolo as the firm's Chief Information Officer. In this role Mr. D'Aiutolo will have senior management responsibilities for Albridge's application development and data processing operations.

Mr. D'Aiutolo adds more than 18 years of information technology management and leadership experience to Albridge. Prior to joining the firm, he held several senior management positions within the information technology division of Capital One Financial Corporation in Richmond, VA. During his tenure at Capital One, Mr. D'Aiutolo had responsibility for Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Information Management, in addition to serving as a Business Information Officer. Additionally, Mr. D'Aiutolo led the transformation of the company's information management functions by establishing an architecture strategy, enhancing data management practices and implementing a new data warehouse technical infrastructure. He was also instrumental in establishing the company's information technology group in the UK. In addition to this experience, Mr. D'Aiutolo served in management roles for nationally recognized accounting and professional services firms.
