New Corporate Name and Release of New Software Reflects Company's Growth in Integrated Solutions Across Financial Services

August 11, 2004 - Lawrenceville, NJ - StatementOne, the industry leader in enterprise financial data consolidation and performance reporting, today announced its name change to Albridge Solutions and introduced its newest service release that provides greater functionality, capabilities and solution integration for clients.

Incorporated in 1993, the company's original mission was to provide solutions that assisted broker dealers in overcoming the numerous challenges faced in selling an extensive array of products as well as organizing voluminous amounts of data. Since then, the company grew and developed data consolidation and reporting solutions that led to the debut of an enterprise level service and the success of its integrated reporting solutions. As the company evolved, the original name no longer seemed applicable.

"We have grown our expertise, capabilities and services to the point where the name StatementOne no longer accurately or adequately describes who we are or what we do," said CEO Gregory Pacholski. "The Albridge Solutions name encompasses the full-breadth of our current and future solutions and signifies our ability to 'bridge' data across different systems and organizations. It represents our ability to transform vital business operations which empower our clients to transform their own businesses."

Albridge's new service package represents a significant upgrade from previous releases and features expanded reporting capabilities, improved portfolio/holdings detail and market commentary. In addition, a Web Services platform that offers easy integration with other mission critical applications such as Morningstar and NaviPlan, a new Probable CauseTM reconciliation processing engine and enhanced graphics for improved reporting capabilities are also offered in the new package.
