Prior to joining Albridge in January of 2011, Mr. Borgman was the head of Data Consulting at Thomson Reuters. There he was the practice lead for delivering data management consulting activities to support the business workflows of customers in the financial services industry. Prior to that, he was a vice president of Enterprise Content where he directed a global team across content strategy and development, business analysis, service and quality, operations and project management in the implementation of enterprise content initiatives. Mr. Borgman also held various management positions at Bloomberg LP over a 12-year period where he was responsible for leading data operations and content development across multiple content sets to include money markets, fixed income, derivatives, mutual funds and holdings, ownership and equity fundamentals. Mr. Borgman is a member of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) - Financial Information Services division (FISD), the Business Entity Identifier, Operational Risk and Securities Modeling working groups within the FISD and the Enterprise Data Management Council. Marc Butler is a Managing Director for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Butler coordinates and provides input into Albridge's strategy formulation and execution, corporate development activity, and other projects and strategic initiatives within Pershing.
Formerly, Mr. Butler managed the Business Development Group for iNautix USA, where he oversaw customer relationship management and overall marketing activities. Prior to that, Mr. Butler was the general manager overseeing Pershing's NetExchange® suite of products. Mr. Butler joined Pershing in 1994 as a customer service associate in PC Financial Network. He has previously served on the firm's Conversion Task Force and is currently a member of Pershing's Bank Market Segment team. Mr. Butler has been in the financial services industry for more than 17 years and was formerly a member of both the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Internet Roundtable and SIFMA Investor Education Advisory Committee. He was previously the featured technology columnist in Boomer Market Advisor, which was a monthly magazine targeted towards investment professionals.
Mr. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University, and has also completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by the SIFMA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Amy Corbley is a Vice President of Data Management for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, focusing on the enterprise data management strategy including data governance, integration, research, support and quality. Ms. Corbley is accountable for creating a robust data architecture that recognizes the data needs of the industry and supports the consistent and accurate integration of data into the Albridge product and services portfolio. She directs the teams that identify new data providers; manage their introduction to the Albridge platform; support them with on-going change activities; and ensure that processed data is serviced to meet the needs of the end-users. She also leads the effort to leverage Albridge’s unique position within the financial services industry to influence data providers in implementing and monitoring quality standards. Prior to joining Albridge, Ms. Corbley’s professional experience includes responsibilities at Paytrust Inc., Management Ventures, Inc. and JBH & Co. Ms. Corbley attended William Patterson College and completed the accounting program at the Stuart School of Business.

Robert Costantino is a Senior Business Architect for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company and a Vice President for Pershing. Mr. Costantino is responsible for writing business and technical requirements for major releases with a focus on the managed account platform, system integration and asset classification projects. He coordinates many of the firm’s smaller customer satisfaction initiatives and is a subject matter expert for the Albridge Wealth Reporting Manager Account Platform, Performance Calculations and FINRA 10-19.
Mr. Costantino’s recent focus was on the Charles Schwab implementation program where he acted as business lead on the Managed Account and Data Repatriation projects. As a member of the Strategic Development Team, he supports ongoing direction and development of the Albridge Wealth Application throughout the software development cycle.
Mr. Costantino joined Albridge in May of 2007. Prior to that he was an assistant vice president for Princeton Financial Systems, where he was responsible for professional services and business development. Prior to that, he held several positions for Merrill Lynch, including assistant vice president in the Corporate Services Finance Department, systems analyst and senior fund accountant.

Scot Hosler is a Director of Enterprise Data Services for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Hosler works to ensure smooth, seamless implementation of Albridge Data Services into customers' existing technology infrastructure and also drives the development of data services.
Mr. Hosler joined Albridge in 2000 after serving as the information technology integration specialist at ING's IFG Network Securities broker-dealer organization, where he developed and implemented technology solutions to streamline the efficiency between the advisor's office and the broker-dealer. Mr. Hosler also spent seven years in a broker-dealer environment, working in a variety of capacities including trade desk manager, customer service manager and operations manager.

Gregg Klein is Director of Product Management and Strategic Alliances for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, focusing on the direction and overall strategy of the Albridge Virtual Network. Mr. Klein is responsible for the management of the firm's partner relationships including the direction of both the Applink and Albridge File Delivery product lines. Coupled with these responsibilities, he also oversees the Product Marketing team that is responsible for product management, advisor training and assisting enterprise clients in increasing adoption of Albridge products and services across their advisor and investor network. Prior to joining Albridge in 2006, Mr. Klein was a vice president at Pershing, where he led the integration of numerous third-party products and the development of proprietary functionality within the firm's NetExchange® product line.

David McClellan is a Director for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is responsible for business and product strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in information technologies in the financial services industry. Mr. McClellan has developed new market offerings, from value proposition development to go-to-market strategy and sales execution. Previously, Mr. McClellan was the general manager of the financial services vertical at an early-stage information security and data authenticity software firm. He spent six years with Morningstar’s advisor business in a variety of institutional sales, product and business development roles. Acting as an entrepreneur-in-residence, he launched software solutions for advisors related to retirement income planning and mutual fund suitability. Michael McGowan is a Vice President of Strategic Product Development at Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. McGowan is responsible for the on-going development of the Albridge Wealth Reporting application, with an emphasis on advisor features and functionality. He also oversees the prioritization of the Albridge Wealth Reporting Enhancements list, and guides all strategic development projects through the firm's software development lifecycle. In addition, Mr. McGowan is involved in several initiatives related to the platform's strategic development.
Prior to joining Albridge in 2007, Mr. McGowan worked at ADVISORport, a managed account solution provider. His three-year career at ADVISORport included responsibilities as a sales manager for managed accounts and as subject matter expert on asset allocation, proposal generation and performance reporting. Mr. McGowan also worked at Lockwood Financial, one of the pioneers in the managed accounts industry, in business development, portfolio design, training and performance reporting.

Stephen Mennella is a Senior Business Architect for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Mennella is responsible for writing technical requirements for data and connectivity releases related to the firm's Applink and Albridge Virtual Network products. He is the primary business lead for broker-dealer implementations using Applink, working with client business and technical teams to establish and maintain connections.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he was with SunGard Data Management Solutions. Over the course of eight years with the company, he worked as a product manager, business analyst and product specialist in the energy and reference data areas of the firm. Mr. Mennella brings 20 years of data and technology financial services experience to Albridge. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

Sravan Nerella is a Vice President for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Nerella is a product manager for Albridge Document Management. He is responsible for the product functionality, strategy and implementation. Mr. Nerella provides consultative services to customers on the use of workflow and process improvements in relation to document processing. He also provides customer support both during and after the implementation process.

Justin Newman is a Product Manager for Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Newman is responsible for the development of business requirements for new products, guiding product introductions to market, as well as leading briefing sessions for clients that illustrate new product features and capabilities. His initial responsibilities upon joining the firm in 2006 were focused within the Client Services group. There, Mr. Newman handled client inquiries and served as the primary service contact for broker-dealer clients and operations managers. Additionally, he supported the training and development of new client services employees and was elevated to the position of team lead, a role he filled prior to transitioning into his current responsibilities. Prior to joining Albridge, Mr. Newman was a financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services for two years, supporting the financial planning and wealth management needs for a client base totaling 135 account groupings. Mr. Newman is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

Gregory Pacholski is President and Chief Executive Officer of Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. Mr. Pacholski is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Albridge. He joined Albridge in 2000, initially assuming responsibilities as chief technology officer. Prior to joining Albridge, Mr. Pacholski worked at Ernst & Young LLP where, as a partner, he managed large information technology (IT) implementation projects for banks, brokerage firms and diversified financial institutions and served as an IT consultant for the financial services practice. In addition to this experience, he held various IT positions with Northern Trust Bank in Chicago, Illinois. His experience spans Web-based applications and both client server and mainframe-based enterprise applications. He has led all phases of information technology transformation and development projects including system planning, analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation.

Thomas Sholes is a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he oversees the firm's managed investment businesses. This includes Pershing Managed Account Solutions and Lockwood Advisors; Albridge, an enterprise data management, wealth reporting and customer technology solution; and Coates Analytics, the business analytics line of business. He is also President of Coates Analytics. In addition, Mr. Sholes is responsible for Pershing's Corporate Development activities.
Prior to joining Pershing, Mr. Sholes was an executive vice president and senior managing director for PNC Global Investment Servicing, prior to the company's acquisition by BNY Mellon in July of 2010. During his time at PNC, he was in charge of the financial advisor services division, which encompassed three lines of business: Albridge Solutions, Coates Analytics and PNC Managed Investment Services, Inc., a registered investment advisor, where he served as chairman. Mr. Sholes was also head of its strategic planning, corporate development and product management activities and a member of its Operating Committee. He served on PNC Financial's Management Committee, as well as the firm's Administrative Pension Committee.
Before joining PNC, Mr. Sholes was employed by Federated Investors, where his responsibilities included leading Edgewood Services, a broker-dealer subsidiary of the firm. There, Mr. Sullivan provided executive oversight and strategic direction for the company's online financial and business information product lines, as well as leading the development and rollout of new products.
